1. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and current.
2. Membership and Trial Offers
Trial classes, free week passes, and introductory offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of booking. Trial offers are non-transferable and limited to one per person unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer at our discretion. Membership terms, billing cycles, cancellation procedures, and class schedules are set forth in the membership agreement provided at sign-up.
3. Communications and Marketing Consent
By submitting your contact information through any form on our website, our Facebook lead generation forms, or our Instagram lead generation forms, you consent to receive communications from us, including SMS messages, phone calls, and emails relating to your inquiry, scheduled classes, appointment reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. 4. Acknowledgment of Risk
Participation in Greater Culture CrossFit classes, training sessions, and use of our facility involves inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in any of our Services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. You represent that you are physically able to participate in the activities you select. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. A separate Liability Waiver may be required prior to your first visit. The Liability Waiver, when signed, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Conduct on the Premises
You agree to follow all posted rules at our facility, treat staff and other members with respect, and use the facility and equipment in a safe manner. We reserve the right to terminate the membership or remove from the premises any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including the Greater Culture CrossFit name, logo, text, graphics, photos, video, and class programming — is the property of Greater Culture LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services (for example, scheduling platforms or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
